Ecotone is a privately owned company founded as a spin-off from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU). Our products are based on well-established research conducted at NTNU and our own highly-focused R&D team.

Patented technology

Our Ocean Vision (OV) solutions include hyperspectral cameras covering wavelengths in the visible band (VIS), high resolutions RGB camera, specialized collimated lights, software systems, and accessories. The company has patented technology in 15 countries

Our business mission is to develop, manufacture and market hyperspectral products for subsea use in close cooperation customer requirements, participate in research oriented projects together with universities, research organisations and large companies where applications of UHI contribute to new and innovative solutions.
